What changes in Svodly from version to version — short and to the point: interface, logic and fixes. Technical details and installation live in the rest of the documentation.
1.0.31 August 30, 2026
Transaction tags, a receipt split across categories, and a comparison of two periods
Interface
- Transaction tags: free-form labels — «for friends», «lent», «holiday» — several on one record, each with a name, colour and description. A tag is added straight from the transaction form, a new one is created from the search box, and the full list lives in the «Tags» reference.
- The transaction log can be filtered by tags with multi-select and «OR» logic, and the table has gained a «Tags» column.
- An FNS receipt can be split across the categories of its line items: every item has its own category chip, the amounts of the parts are calculated from the items themselves, and there is no remainder to balance. The receipt stays one transaction, marked «+N» in the feed.
- The fiscal QR code is found in an attachment: attach a photo or a PDF to a transaction and the app offers to pull the purchase details from the FNS. The attachment is saved either way.
- A file can be dropped anywhere on the window — a new transaction opens with it attached. Desktop
- The system «Share» accepts any file and opens a new transaction with it. Mobile
- «Analytics» is no longer one long scroll: the «Overview», «Structure», «Comparison» and «Purchases» tabs (the last appears only when there are receipts in the period). The header period applies to every tab and the selected one is remembered.
- The «Comparison» tab holds a «category × two periods» table with «Income» and «Expenses» sections, a «No category» row, a «Total» and a ±% column. Both periods are chosen independently of each other, with an account filter alongside.
- The references are collected into a single navigation node: a collapsible «References» group at the bottom of the sidebar on the computer and on the web, and one row with a menu sub-level instead of four on the phone.
- A reference row has gained an «Open transactions» action — the log opens already filtered by that category, counterparty, project or tag.
- A category, counterparty, project and tag can be created without leaving the transaction form: the picker leads to the full creation sheet with the name pre-filled, and «Save» returns you to the form with the entity already selected. Mobile
- Colour in the investment section means the type of security — shares, bonds, funds. The account's share bar is cut by type and a summary «Portfolio composition» bar with a «type · share %» legend has appeared above the issuer table.
- An investment account now shows two figures: the cash on the account and «Securities» — the market value of the positions at the latest MOEX closing prices. The second figure is excluded from the book's totals, the «Summary», analytics and budgets.
- A debt card now shows «Repaid · month» and «Added · month», and in place of «Cash flow» there is a «Debt trend» with the balance by period. The «Analytics» tab has been removed from debt accounts: its cards are empty for transfers by construction.
- Self-employed tax: the deal register header shows the progress towards the 2.4 M ₽ annual limit.
- The command palette knows «Projects» and «Tags» — in a personal book and in a business one alike.
Logic
- The system tag «Not counted» drops a transaction out of statistics, budgets and management reports while keeping it in the list and in the account balance; tax reports count it as before.
- The app labels your history itself with the automatic tags «FNS receipt», «Recurring», «With attachments», «Dictated» and «Imported».
- Analytics, «Spending by category» on the «Summary» and budgets file every part of a split receipt under its own category.
- A credit card has gained a «Set when you started using the card» switch with a date: statements are presented from it onwards, and a long-overdue debt is honestly shown as «the period has been missed» instead of «no statement debt».
Fixes
- Restore from a backup reaches the cloud: «Overwrite the cloud» after a restore no longer runs silently to no effect, and the divergence from the canonical copy is visible in the interface. Desktop
- Before replacing a book with a cloud snapshot the app makes a safety copy, and the «Repair» button says honestly what is about to happen.
- The «Favourite» flag no longer gets lost when syncing between devices.
- Connecting the cloud on the computer no longer revokes the sessions on your other devices. Desktop
- The double scrollbar in the shell is gone and the bottom of the sidebar is no longer cut off. Desktop
- Importing an FNS receipt fills in the seller as the counterparty. Desktop
- A cloud session now lives longer than an hour — the app no longer throws you out in the middle of your work. Mobile
- Signing in and signing up survive a shaky network: a transport failure is retried instead of turning into an error. Mobile
- An unreadable file coming from the system «Share» no longer drops the app into a white screen. Mobile
- Auto-accrual of interest on a savings account can be switched on from the phone. Mobile
- The tag filter in the «Log» counts as a filter again — it is included in the counter and cleared along with the rest. Mobile
- The «Do not remind me again» flag on the receipt-QR hint is cleared when the cloud is connected.

Restore from a backup reaches the cloud, a receipt QR is read from an attachment
Fixes
- Restore from a backup reaches the cloud: «Overwrite the cloud» after a restore no longer runs silently to no effect, and the divergence from the canonical copy is visible in the interface. Desktop
- The FNS receipt QR is recognised when an image or a PDF is attached to a transaction. Desktop
- The double scrollbar in the shell is gone and the bottom of the sidebar is no longer cut off. Desktop
1.0.29 August 24, 2026
«Summary» can be built to suit you
Interface
- Cards you do not need can be removed from «Summary» with the eye: in the «Customise cards» mode every card's handle has gained an eye — press it and the card leaves the screen, press again and it is back. «Reset layout» restores both the order and the visibility.
- The «Summary» customise mode has arrived on the phone too: press and hold a card's heading to pick it up. The feed starts with the balance and runs to the day-by-day transactions, while «Budgets», «Goals» and «Debts» are switched on with the eye whenever you want them. Mobile
- If another device in the book is already writing in a newer format, the app says «Update the app» instead of silently setting the rows it does not understand aside. Once you update, what was set aside is re-applied by itself.
- The «Date & time» sheet accepts any time you like — the choice used to be limited to four presets. The date «Quick pick» is now counted from today rather than from the date already selected. Mobile
Fixes
- Import from Zenmoney accepts a CSV export — exactly what the «Export» button produces. The wizard used to answer «Could not read the import file» because the parser expected XLSX, and renaming `.csv` to `.xlsx` led to «Could not find a parser».
- Transactions from a migration arrive with their category and counterparty. The lists were created while the transactions themselves stayed unlabelled: only the rows matched by auto-categorisation rules got a category.
- A book deleted from the cloud on one device no longer leaves a second one in an endless silent error: the app explains that the book is not in the cloud any more and offers a way out instead of retrying the sync forever.
- A brand-new credit card with a recorded debt no longer reports that its interest-free period is blown when it has not even started.
- Selecting an amount with the mouse no longer closes the sheet: dragging the selection past the edge of the field and releasing the button used to slam the account card shut along with any unsaved edits. Web
- The transaction-log export gets its plurals right: «1 rows in the current selection» has become «1 row». Mobile
1.0.28 August 23, 2026
Debts with people, a book-wide budget and goals with steps — the money that used to live in your head
Interface
- On «Accounts» debts are collected into a «Debts» group with a «They owe you · You owe» summary, and the debt card has a «Record a repayment» button that opens a transfer with the debt side already filled in. «Summary» has a «Debts» card listing open debts and their due dates; with no debts it says «You have no debts» and offers to create the first one.
- A big goal splits into steps: «Steps towards the goal» with concrete amounts have appeared under the progress ring of a savings account. Ticking a step offers a choice — «Record a transfer» (a prefilled transfer to this account, with the step ticked once you save) or «Tick without a transaction», if the money was put aside in cash. The transfer form for a savings account with steps has gained a «Goal step» field: the step you pick fills in its amount and ticks itself off.
- Goals are visible right on «Summary»: the «Goals» block shows the name, «X of Y saved», the percentage and the checklist of steps — a step can be ticked off from there. Clicking the goal's header opens the savings account card.
- With a long grace period («120 days») you can see the date of the next statement — «new purchases will go into it» — and the list of open statements: how much each contributes to the debt and its «pay by» date. A payment closes the oldest one; an overdue one is highlighted.
- «Summary» reminds you about the interest-free deadline: a week before the end a notice appears above the balance with the card name, the amount «pay N by date» and a «To payoff» button — amber at seven days, red at three and once the deadline is missed. The cross hides it until the end of the cycle; a repaid statement removes it by itself.
- The order of the cards on «Summary» can be changed: the «Rearrange cards» button turns on rearrange mode — pick a card up by its heading with the mouse, a finger or the keyboard, the landing spot is outlined, and «Reset order» brings the default back. The order is stored on the device. On a phone the feed stays fixed. Web
- On a tablet the «Summary» cards are rearranged just like on the computer: press and hold a card's heading to pick it up, and a screen reader gets «move up» and «move down» actions. Mobile
- A planned payment can finally be created from the phone rather than only edited: there simply was no entry point for creating one. Mobile
- Debt accounts on the phone and the tablet have caught up with the computer: the «Record a repayment» button on the card, the «How to keep a debt» notice in the form and the «Create a debt» CTA on an empty «Summary» are now the same everywhere. Mobile
- While a provider sign-in is in progress you can see what is being waited for: the buttons no longer just go dark — a «waiting for the browser» state appears, and it can be cancelled. Desktop
- `Ctrl+Enter` now works in the «Project» sheet, and the auto-categorisation rules have gained a hint about the shortcut. The «New project» and IIA-deduction sheets no longer black out the screen behind them, and switches introduce themselves to a screen reader again.
- PDF report exports have gained a branded footer, and the «Development» item has been removed from «Settings» on every platform — a test-data generator has no place in a working app.
Logic
- A debt with a person has become its own account type: one account per debtor. In the form you pick the direction — «They owe me» or «I owe» — the amount without a minus and, if you like, a «Repay by» date; an overdue one is highlighted. After that the debt lives through ordinary transfers: lent more — a transfer to the debt account, got paid back — one the other way. Transfers do not count as income or expense, so debts never distort your spending statistics, budgets or taxes.
- Creating a debt means moving money: the form asks which account the money left (or arrived on) and on what date, and creates the transfer itself. Otherwise money lent out would grow the book's total balance out of nowhere, and money borrowed would collapse it. A debt handed over a month ago is created with that very date and takes its rightful place in history.
- A book-wide budget has appeared — the fourth kind: one monthly limit on all spending, with no category work. On «Budgets» it lives as a large card: «Left», a spending bar with a marker for the month's even pace, a status of «on plan / spending faster than planned / limit exceeded» and an «≈ N per day» chip. The book-wide budget includes the targeted ones, so the form enforces «targeted ≤ book-wide» from both sides.
- A credit card has gained a second interest-free-period mechanic — «a single due date for the whole debt» (VTB, Alfa): the entire debt, including later purchases, is repaid by one deadline, no statement day is needed, and «Payoff» shows a single «start → end» timeline. The previous mechanic — «a new statement with its own due date every month» (Sber, T-Bank) — remains the default.
- The app has moved to a new platform version to meet Google Play's 16 KB memory-page requirement: nothing changes on the surface, but without that move store updates would soon stop being accepted. Mobile
Fixes
- The choice of interest-free mechanic is finally saved: «A single due date for the whole debt» used to revert to monthly statements the next time the form was opened.
- Import in «Settings» has stopped silently losing unreadable rows: rows with a broken date or amount are now counted and shown in a report instead of disappearing. Mobile
- The section menu in the header now works on the «Auto-categorisation rules» screen, and raw templates like `{category}` and `{currency}` no longer reach the interface. Mobile
- On a tablet the «Create book» button in the book wizard no longer hides behind the keyboard, and the account card scrolls again — the transaction table below it is reachable. Mobile
- Voice input on the iPhone has stopped answering «Could not recognise» before the recording was even sent. Mobile
- An invitation link opens the app rather than the browser on builds from Google Play. Mobile
- Snapshots and backups are stamped with the real build version — they used to carry the wrong one, which made restoring on another device look suspicious. Mobile
- Signing in via Yandex ID, VK ID and Google on the computer works through to the end again: since 21 August the return from the browser did not complete the sign-in and the app hung in an endless sync. Desktop
- The «Remember on this device» checkbox finally works: unticking it had no effect at all and the session stayed long-lived anyway. Web
- On the phone the missing pieces are back: the explanatory hints in sheets, the «Record a repayment» button on the debt card and the «Record a transfer» button in the «Tick a step» modal, which used to run off the screen. Web
- On the phone the business screens «Taxes» and «Reports» no longer scroll sideways, the «Goals» card on «Summary» stays within its bounds, the labels in the «Counterparty type» segment no longer overlap, «OGRN» and «KPP» no longer run past the edge of the sheet, and a row in «Categories» no longer stays highlighted after a tap. Web
- The password-reset code is now single-use: following the same link again no longer lets the password be set a second time.
- In a shared book, transactions created before the first page reload no longer lose their author, and an invitation preview shows the book's current name rather than the one it was created with.
- The sign-in lockout screen states the real waiting time, and the button no longer lets you into a closed window. A successful sign-in no longer brings you closer to a lockout — the failed-attempt counter is reset.
- Devices no longer get signed out all at once: a refreshed cloud token is not lost any more, and parallel requests share a single refresh instead of revoking each other's sessions.
- Synchronisation has become calmer: a book's self-repair actually kicks in now, the change subscription no longer hammers the cloud for a book that is not there yet, and «Repair» does not repeat a re-send that is known to be futile.
1.0.27 August 18, 2026
Dictate a transaction on your phone and in the browser — and a tablet now works like a computer
Interface
- A transaction can be dictated by voice: a «Dictate» button has appeared under the amount field — up to ten seconds of speech, and the draft lands in the form. The type, the amount, the date and the category are recognised; the counterparty, the project and the account are filled in only if you named them. What you typed by hand wins over what was recognised, and nothing is written to the book silently. The free allowance is two recognitions a day, and what is left is shown before you record. Requires a connected Svodly Cloud. Mobile
- A transaction can be dictated by voice in the browser too: the same «Dictate» button under the amount field, the same ten seconds and the same draft in the form. The account and the category you named beat the auto-defaults, and recognition only picks from your book's own lists — it never invents new entities. Web
- Voice input draws your voice as a waveform and sends the recording by itself once you stop speaking: one second of silence after the phrase and recognition is already under way. The «Done» button remains for noisy places where the pause cannot be caught.
- On a tablet the app is no longer a stretched phone: the bottom tab bar has given way to side navigation with every section at once — just like on the computer. Mobile
- «Transactions» on a tablet has become the desktop table: date, category, counterparty and amount as columns rather than cards in a single stack. Mobile
- «Summary» and «Analytics» are laid out in a grid on a tablet, and «Accounts» have gained the balance-over-time chart — the same one as on the computer. Mobile
- The lists (categories, counterparties, projects) and the business-book sections have moved to wide layouts on a tablet as well — tables and two columns instead of one. Mobile
- Picking a category, an account or a date on a tablet now opens a popover next to the field instead of a sheet from the bottom of the screen: on a wide screen the sheet used to cover the whole form for the sake of one list. Mobile
- The web on a phone screen has moved closer to the mobile app: the transaction fields are laid out the same way, the account card on «Cashback» no longer runs off the edge, the «Summary» welcome notice is readable, the «⋯» and «+» buttons can be hit with a finger, and the business-book KPIs stack into a column. Web
- A «Help» tile has appeared in «Settings» on the phone — a way into the documentation when you do not know the right section in advance. At this width the only route used to be the «?» icon next to a particular heading. Web
- The empty «Cashback» screen and three form labels have been aligned with the mobile app: «Account type» instead of «Type», «Description» instead of «Name», and «Does not repeat» instead of «Do not repeat». Web
- When resolving synchronisation conflicts you can see what you are choosing: instead of identifiers like `a3f1…` the rows show the names of accounts, categories and counterparties.
- A message sent from «Feedback» on a device with Svodly Cloud connected now arrives together with your account identifier — the investigation starts right away, with no back-and-forth about which email you used. Without the cloud a message is sent as before, unlinked.
Logic
- A transfer can be edited again: in the web any edit of an existing transfer ran into a save error, so its date or amount could not be changed. Web
- Transfers between books now work in the web: the «Transfer between books» category switches on the matching toggle and fills in the destination book with its receiving account. Web
- Transfers between your own accounts have gained a schedule — the same «Repeat» field that income and expenses have: «put money aside into savings every month» no longer has to be entered by hand. Web
- A bond coupon is credited to the account in full, with the tax withheld at the end of the year — the way a broker actually does it. The tax used to be deducted from every payout and understated the brokerage account balance; dividends are unchanged. Web
Fixes
- The tablet details that made a screen unusable: the «+ Transaction» button no longer disappears in portrait, the book-creation wizard no longer hides «Create book» behind the keyboard, and in «Profile» a tablet is no longer labelled «Smartphone». Mobile
- On the phone the «Create book» button no longer slides under the keyboard: the name field and the button rise together with it. Mobile
- An accepted invitation opens the book itself rather than the form for renaming it, and leaving the invitation screen is no longer a dead end. Mobile
- A non-existent invitation code now blames itself rather than the connection: instead of «check your connection» the screen says the code does not exist or has already been used. Mobile
- A fresh receipt that the tax service has not received yet no longer looks like a broken scanner: the app explains that the receipt will appear in the database later and offers to enter the transaction by hand. Mobile
- Investment transactions in the «Summary» feed are no longer labelled «Expense»: a coupon payout, a purchase and a sale of securities are called by their own names. Mobile
- Changes to a business book's passport now apply at once: switching VAT on, changing the rate and editing the document details no longer need a reload for «Taxes» and «Summary» to show the new tax. Web
- The «Showing N of M» counter and the footer total in a business book's «Transactions» now describe the same rows: a business book does not display future transactions, yet they were counted in both. Web
- In a business book, an actual transaction dated in the future is visible again in «Transactions», the calendar and search — it can be opened and corrected. Creating a new one like that is not allowed: an expected payment belongs on «Settlements». Web
- The «Expenses: year over year» block no longer adds roubles to dollars: expenses of 1 000 ₽ and 100 $ in one category were shown as a single «1 100,00 ₽» line. Web
- The «Could not apply N rows from the cloud» notice now leads somewhere: it names the cost of the problem and offers a «Repair» button that re-requests the book's ledger. Web
- The details where the interface contradicted itself: in the «Transaction register» a closed planned transaction is marked «plan closed» rather than «actual»; the English interface no longer shows «тыс» and «млн»; the «Sell» button on an issuer with no position explains why it is disabled; and the import wizard says «transactions», like the rest of the interface. Web
- The «Summary» KPIs no longer mix currencies: in a book with rouble and dollar accounts the balance and the turnover are calculated in a single currency — the one captioned next to the amount.
- Rows lost by a device running an outdated version come back on their own: after an update the app re-asks the cloud for what it failed to apply earlier — an account created on another device, and its transactions, arrive without a manual repair.
- A book no longer hangs in an endless attempt to push its changes to the cloud: after a storage failure it clears the stuck upload by itself and carries on synchronising. What you created on the device could previously sit for days without reaching the cloud.
- A device holding an incomplete copy of a book no longer publishes it as the reference for everyone else, and a book that is already damaged heals itself from the device where the data is intact: the «everything is on the phone, zero accounts on the computer» case is fixed without support having to step in.
1.0.26 August 15, 2026
Dictate a transaction by voice — right in the form on your computer
Interface
- A transaction can be dictated by voice: a «Dictate» button has appeared under the amount field — up to ten seconds of speech, and the draft lands in the form. What you typed by hand wins over what was recognised, the account and the category you named beat the auto-defaults, and nothing is written to the book silently. The remaining daily allowance is shown before you record. Requires a connected Svodly Cloud. Desktop
- The «Could not apply N rows from the cloud» notice now leads somewhere: it names the cost of the problem («account balances may differ from your other devices») and offers a «Repair» button that re-requests the book's ledger. It used to state a number and nothing else. Desktop
- The payouts KPI on an issuer card is now called «Credited for the period» — it shows exactly the credited amount, while its label said «Received for the period (net)» and contradicted the caption right below it. The net figure for the period is still visible below, in «Yield by year». Desktop
- The «Sell» button on an issuer with no position now explains why it is disabled: «The issuer has no purchased securities — record a purchase first», with the same text for screen readers. It used to be a dead element with no explanation. Desktop
Logic
- Transfers between your own accounts have gained a schedule — the same «Repeat» field that income and expenses have: «put money aside into savings every month» no longer has to be entered by hand. On its date a full transfer is created with both legs, including a cross-currency one at the rate set when it was created. Skipping a repeat or deleting it removes the pair as a whole; no one-sided half is left behind. Desktop
- A bond coupon is credited to the account in full, with the tax withheld at the end of the year — the way a broker actually does it. The app used to deduct tax from every payout regardless of the security type and understated the brokerage account balance. Dividends on shares and funds are unchanged: the broker is the tax agent, and the net amount arrives. Desktop
Fixes
- Clicking «Dictate» no longer goes nowhere: the app now handles the microphone permission request itself, so the recording dialog opens instead of waiting for an answer that never comes. The wait has a 20-second ceiling with its own «The microphone is not responding» error and a «Retry» button, and the dialog itself opens straight away on the click — with a «Preparing the microphone…» phase instead of a silent pause. Desktop
- If speech recognition is not configured on the server, the app says so before the microphone is switched on, rather than after ten seconds of recording. Desktop
- Picking the «Transfer between books» category now switches on the matching toggle by itself and fills in the destination book with its receiving account, while picking an ordinary transfer category switches it off. The link used to work in one direction only, and the form contradicted itself. Desktop
- In a business book, an actual transaction dated in the future is visible again in «Transactions», the calendar and search — it can be opened and corrected. It used to count towards the account balance while disappearing from the lists, with no way to reach it. Creating a new one like that is not allowed: an expected payment belongs on «Settlements». Nothing changes in a personal book. Desktop
- Changes to a business book's passport now apply at once: switching VAT on, changing the rate and editing the document details no longer need a reload for «Taxes» and «Summary» to show the new tax. Desktop
- The «Showing N of M» counter and the footer total in a business book's «Transactions» now describe the same rows: a business book does not display future transactions, yet they were counted in both — two rows worth 48 500 ₽ were captioned with a total of 548 500 ₽. Desktop
- The «Expenses: year over year» block no longer adds roubles to dollars: expenses of 1 000 ₽ and 100 $ in one category were shown as a single «1 100,00 ₽» line. It now uses the same single-currency slice as «Categories» and «Budgets» next to it. Desktop
- In the «Transaction register» preview, a closed planned transaction is marked «plan closed» rather than «actual»: it used to be indistinguishable from the actual transaction it produced, so one payment read as two. Desktop
- The English interface no longer shows «тыс» and «млн»: the VAT-threshold progress caption reads «90K» and «20M», with a dot as the decimal separator. Desktop
- The transaction-move toast now agrees in number: deleting a category, a counterparty or a project with a move no longer reports «1 transaction were moved». Desktop
- Some styles are no longer dropped at render time: the app's security policy silently ignored inline styles, and individual elements were drawn unstyled. Desktop
1.0.25 August 10, 2026
The deposit lives a life of its own: interest accrues by itself, the forecast reads by date
Interface
- A «date → accrued → balance» table for the whole term has appeared under the growth chart: the chart shows the shape of the growth, but you could not read the amount for a specific date off it. The rows are real crediting dates, so the table is rebuilt together with the compounding slider: quarterly gives four rows a year, «at term end» gives exactly one. Desktop

The rows are real crediting dates, so the table is rebuilt together with the compounding slider: quarterly gives four rows a year, «at term end» gives exactly one. Web
- The savings-account card tab is now called «Goal and forecast» instead of «Goal»: the yield forecast lived behind it before too, but nobody looked for it under the word «Goal». On the computer and on the web, the account's «Transactions» tab has gained a line «in a year the account will hold ≈ …» that opens the calculator.
- The term is set in days as well as months — with the presets 91 / 181 / 367 and exact input. «Half a year» is no longer exactly 180 days. Mobile
- The user profile has gained a «Sync» group: when everything is fine it says «All changes applied», and when it is not — how many records the phone failed to accept, what that does to the account balance, and a «Repair» button that re-requests the book's ledger from the cloud and brings back what was lost. Books that failed to load when the cloud was connected, and the resolution of edit conflicts from two devices, moved there too. Mobile
- The «More» screen, which nothing in the app actually navigated to, has been removed — along with the «Logs» placeholder hiding behind it. Four of its five tiles already open from the gear menu, and the sync journal that «Logs» promised shipped in a different shape — as the «Sync» group in the profile. Mobile
- Hotkey hints no longer show the ⌘ key where there is none: on Windows and Linux a drawer header reads «Esc · cancel · Ctrl+Enter · save», and on macOS the familiar «⌘↵» stays. The binding was cross-platform all along — only the label was lying. Desktop

Logic
- The savings-account form has gained an «Accrue interest automatically» switch with a date picker. The app creates «Deposit interest» transactions on every crediting date by itself — by the account's rate and compounding period, using the same bank convention as the calculator: balance × rate ÷ days in the year. They are ordinary transactions: visible in the feed, editable and deletable, and a deleted one is not re-created. Desktop

They are ordinary transactions: visible in the feed, editable and deletable, and a deleted one is not re-created. Web
- Auto-accrual is off by default and only counts from the date you pick — the bank accrues on its own, and a statement import would bring the same interest in a second time. A period that already holds a «Deposit interest» transaction is skipped. Desktop
- Auto-accrual is off by default and only counts from the date you pick — the bank accrues on its own, and a statement import would bring the same interest in a second time. A period that already holds a «Deposit interest» transaction is skipped. Web
- The deposit calculator on the phone now counts the way it does on the computer: interest is accrued for every calendar day using the bank convention «balance × rate ÷ days in year» and credited at the boundary of the period you pick — daily, monthly, quarterly, yearly or at maturity. Picking «Daily» no longer quietly turns into «Monthly». Mobile
Fixes
- The calculator no longer opens with a 25 000 ₽ monthly top-up prefilled: there are no monthly top-ups by default, they sit behind the «Top up monthly» switch. The one-year result used to be overstated. Mobile
- The account's rate is no longer shadowed by a saved calculator scenario: the starting amount and the rate always come from the account, and only the term, the compounding period and the top-up are remembered. You could set the account's rate to 16 % and the calculator would keep computing at zero. The effective rate is now shown under the total. Mobile
- The balance counter on «Summary» no longer winds up from zero every time you come back to the tab — the intro plays once per app session. A large number crawling up from zero cannot be read while it moves, and people return to «Summary» dozens of times a day. Amount updates — pull-to-refresh, a period change — do not restart the counter and appear instantly. Mobile
- A device holding an incomplete copy of a book no longer publishes it as the reference for everyone else. A row that could not be applied is quarantined while the ledger cursor moves on — and such a device passed the auto-repair check as authoritative, turning a loss local to one phone into a loss for the whole book. The repair now looks at the reason for the failure: a broken cloud row is still repaired, while «our copy has fallen behind a newer device» blocks publishing.
- Selling securities the issuer does not hold is now explained right in the form instead of a generic banner after saving. A sale opens on the type the issuer actually has a position in, and picking an empty type shows an inline error under the «Security type» segment and disables «Create»: «The issuer has no purchased shares — record a purchase first».
- The «Payout per security» field now takes six decimal places, just like «Price per security»: brokers declare dividends down to fractions of a kopeck, while the field accepted only two and killed the calculation. The gross amount of payouts that do not divide evenly by quantity also stopped drifting: 100.00 ₽ across three securities no longer becomes 99.99 ₽ on every re-save.
- An owner who opens their own invitation link no longer hits an error: membership is checked before authorship, so the link is not burned and stays valid for its actual recipient.
- The auto-backup drawer and the report modal now speak English: both kept Russian copy as literals outside the catalogue, so an English interface still showed «Настройки автобэкапа», «Период», «Формат» — along with Russian digit separators in the preview and DD.MM.YYYY dates. Desktop

The deposit calculator now counts like a bank: by the day, with honest defaults
Interface
- The term is set in days as well as months — with the presets 91 / 181 / 367 and exact input. «Half a year» is no longer exactly 180 days: from 8 August it is 184. Desktop

Fixes
- The calculator no longer opens with a 25 000 ₽ monthly top-up prefilled: there are no monthly top-ups by default, they sit behind the «Top up monthly» switch. The one-year result used to be overstated by 327 thousand. Desktop

- The account's rate is no longer shadowed by a saved calculator scenario: the starting amount and the rate always come from the account, and only the term, the compounding period and the top-up are remembered. A first-steps guide right from the app, and your own categories show up at once
Interface
- The «First steps guide» link on the empty «Summary» now leads to the step-by-step guide «How to use Svodly»: nine steps along the timeline of the first month — where to keep the data, the book and the accounts, the first operation, reconciling balances, categories and auto-rules, budgets, analytics, the cloud and shared access, moving in from another app.
- On mobile that link appears for the first time: help used to live only in «Settings» — the place a newcomer does not visit until something breaks. Now it sits on the empty «Summary» card, under the «Add operation» and «Import» buttons. Mobile
- The summary above the import preview table no longer ends with a double period, and its counters are inflected correctly instead of always using the plural form. Desktop
- The summary above the import preview table no longer ends with a double period, and its counters are inflected correctly instead of always using the plural form. Web
Logic
- Deleting a counterparty that has operations now offers to move them to another one instead of unlinking them silently: a list of the book's other counterparties opens with an explicit «No counterparty» row first, and after the deletion a snackbar says how many operations moved and where. Mobile
Fixes
- A category you create yourself shows up in the operation form right away, without restarting the app. The same fix covers a category that arrived by sync from another device, and the empty category picker in a freshly created book. Mobile
- A counterparty or a category that has only planned operations is no longer treated as empty. Such a category used to be deleted without asking and then failed with «Could not delete the category» — with no way around it. Mobile

A whole book moves in a single file, and the web app grew up to the phone
Interface
- «Move an entire book» in Settings: «Export the whole book» packs a book into a single file with everything in it — balances, budgets, recurring payments, auto-category and cashback rules, projects, securities with their investment operations, business documents and attachments. Desktop
- «Move an entire book» in Settings: «Export the whole book» packs a book into a single file with everything in it — balances, budgets, recurring payments, auto-category and cashback rules, projects, securities with their investment operations, business documents and attachments. Web
- On a phone the pickers now open as a bottom sheet: the calendar no longer slides off the top edge with its month header out of reach, subcategories and currencies fit in full, and long names are visible whole. Web
- Desktop layouts fold to a single column on a narrow screen: the business-book details, the segmented controls and «Archived books» no longer run off the edge or drag a second horizontal scrollbar along. Web
- Three features you could not reach from a phone are back in the interface: «Move an entire book», matching a planned payment with an operation, and sending a problem report. Web
- On a phone «Operations» is a feed that loads on scroll instead of a pager, and creating a book goes through full-screen steps, the way it does in the mobile app. Web
- The empty «Counterparties», «Projects» and «Budgets» screens now explain what the section is for instead of pointing at a button that does not exist on a phone; a fractional cashback rate can be typed with a comma. Web
Logic
- «Import a book from a file» creates a new book from the archive next to the existing ones and overwrites nothing: the same file can be opened as many times as you like, each time giving an independent copy. This is how a book moves to another device or to another cloud account. Desktop

Fixes
- The total on «Accounts» no longer adds dollars to roubles as if they were the same number: the balance is converted to the book's base currency at central-bank rates, exactly as «Summary» has long been doing. Mobile
- A non-existent invitation code is explained in plain words rather than with an error code, and the «Accept invitation» button goes inactive afterwards. Mobile
- Counted labels on «Import and export» are now inflected correctly instead of always using the plural form. Mobile
- An invitation to a shared book can be accepted from the interface again — the «I have a code» card is back on the «Books» screen, not only behind the invitation link. Desktop
- Clicking the already-open «Analytics» item takes you back from «Purchases» to the list — the same way a second click surfaces you from an account card. Desktop
- Accepting an invitation: after «this code has already been used» the button goes inactive instead of inviting another tap — an invitation is single-use, and repeating the same code will never work.
- A book with an event missing in the cloud no longer sticks forever: the owner republishes it as a snapshot, and lagging devices catch up with the feed again.
- The coupon forecast in a security's card computes the dates from the issue's coupon period rather than from calendar months — over a long horizon the forecast no longer drifts weeks backwards. Desktop

1.0.21 August 3, 2026
Purchases from receipts, auto-categorisation and a genuinely English interface
Interface
- «Purchases from receipts» in analytics: the number of receipts, items, the average receipt and the top products with a «By amount | By frequency» switch — built from scanned receipts, with nothing to set up.
- The «Purchases» screen: the products of the period with search, the change of the median price against the previous period and «basket inflation». A product card shows the price history per unit, the sellers and every occurrence with a jump to the receipt's operation.
- Reports follow the interface language: the body of business reports, the PDF and XLSX headers, the names of the tax regimes.
- Compact numbers — in business analytics, on chart axes, in the centre of the donut and in account rows — follow the locale rather than only the Russian one.
- The English interface became English throughout: amounts and dates print the separators of their locale, and so do the «Accounts» screen, the account and book cards, forms and pickers, the invitation to a book, «Categories», the import wizard, «Family/Shared access» and every business-book screen — «Taxes», «Settlements», «Payment calendar», «Documents», «Reports», analytics. Desktop

The English version now opens in English from the very first frame. Web
- The English interface became English throughout: amounts, the exchange rate and input, dates, account types, the tax regime in the business-book header, counted labels and list sorting all follow the language rather than a hard-wired Russian. Mobile
- «Purchases» from receipts and auto-categorisation caught up with the computer and the browser. Mobile
Logic
- The category of an operation is suggested for you: first your own «counterparty → category» and «description words → category» rules, then the history of the counterparty. The suggestion is soft — picking a category yourself turns it off, and the hint under the field names the source.
Fixes
- The due date of a simplified-tax advance no longer slips a day back in time zones with a negative UTC offset.
- The price and value chart names the year when the history crosses its boundary, and it renders even where the browser sends no resize events.
- The cashback rules of an account are cleared all at once rather than one by one; the empty «Auto-category rules» and «Settlements» screens were brought to the common look.
- The sync status tooltip follows the interface language; the book card in the switcher computes the balance the way «Summary» does instead of adding up currencies. Desktop
- The book card in the switcher computes the balance the way «Summary» does instead of adding up currencies; «Cashback» and «Analytics» at phone widths were brought to the look of the mobile app, and six divergences from Android are closed. Web
- Fixed the error with an invitation to a shared book: the book appears at once, with no failed-request message and no «invitation already used» on the second attempt. Mobile
- «Summary» opens again where it used to fail while parsing the decimal separator; the four compounding periods of a savings account are no longer truncated; and it is now visible that a cashback rate can be typed in by hand. Mobile
- Deleting a shared book that still has members is blocked upfront rather than after the attempt. Mobile
1.0.20 July 31, 2026
No more mixed currencies, a currency change carried through to the end, a QR invitation and unified sheets on the phone
Interface
- The feedback form now takes an email for a reply, and the first window of the app invites you to try Svodly on the other platforms.
- An invitation can be shown as a QR code on the «Family/Shared access» screen, and «Remove member» really revokes access on the server. Desktop
- An invitation can be shown as a QR code on the «Family/Shared access» screen, and «Remove member» really revokes access on the server. Web
- Every sheet now looks the same: a «Cancel · Title · Save» header with «Delete» as a button at the bottom; the book owner in the members list is shown by name rather than a bare email. Mobile
Logic
- Budgets, analytics and the breakdown donuts no longer add up amounts in different currencies: every dimension is counted per currency.
- A project total is counted per currency.
- Changing the currency of an account is carried through to the end: the rate you enter converts the operations themselves and their labels, transfer pairs, investment operations with the bond face value and coupon, the credit limit, the savings goal, the minimum-payment threshold, the monthly cashback cap and the IIA deductions.
Fixes
- The directory lists, «Counterparties» and business analytics show a single-currency slice and no longer label amounts with roubles in a book kept in another currency.
- Sync: a compaction snapshot is applied by merging rather than replacing, and full-row events carry honest per-field clocks — the last data-loss paths are closed.
- Closing a planned payment no longer doubles the money on the account, and a payment due «today» is not counted as overdue.
- An archived account no longer sits in the «total balance».
- Import became more careful: it no longer assigns a category of the opposite direction, understands the «Destination account» column from our own export and no longer shifts operations by the time zone; migration from other apps keeps the original dates.
- A single-account export keeps the «Destination account» column for transfers.
- Self-employment tax: the «Taxes» screen and the deal register compute the tax by one and the same formula.
- A shared book no longer looks empty on the first sign-in from a new device.
- The monthly charts in «Analytics» no longer drop the current month.
- The P&L report shows the margin as a percentage, the owner's operations are signed with their name and counted in «Who added what» again, and zero or negative values for a savings goal or a credit limit are rejected with an error instead of being silently wiped. Desktop
- The P&L report shows the margin as a percentage, the owner's operations are signed with their name and counted in «Who added what» again, and zero or negative values for a savings goal or a credit limit are rejected with an error instead of being silently wiped. Web
- Being offline no longer signs you out; the «Money in circulation» KPI and the operation author's name update without reloading the page, the price of a security is fetched right after the ticker is linked, and the sign-in and sign-up screens scroll in a short window. Web
- The app no longer freezes after archiving an account, and a CSV file can be picked on the «Import and export» screen again. Mobile
1.0.19 July 27, 2026
Account data kept safe, a fully English interface on the phone and a hint about the other platforms
Interface
- The «Sync» screen now says that the same book opens on a computer, a phone and in a browser: a new «Where else to open your book» card describing what each platform is good for, with a link to the downloads page. Desktop
- The «Sync» screen now says that the same book opens on a computer, a phone and in a browser: a new «Where else to open your book» card describing what each platform is good for, with a link to the downloads page. Web
- The same hint about the other platforms — on the cloud-connection screen and under the «Devices» list in the profile. Mobile
Fixes
- An update no longer wipes the parameters of savings and credit accounts: goals, rates, limits and the credit cycle survive a sync. Devices that drifted apart earlier repair themselves on the next exchange.
- A payout on a security (a dividend or a coupon) keeps the number of securities you entered — reopening the operation shows exactly what you filled in, not «1 × the whole amount».
- Changing the currency of an account converts the amounts of all its operations at the rate you enter again, exactly as the form promises. Web
- The English interface stopped being half Russian: greetings, months, weekdays, pickers, business-book screens, widgets and screen-reader labels are translated, and the order of the date parts follows the language. Mobile
- After reconnecting the cloud a business book opens on its own screen and with its own section menu again — with «Taxes», «Reports» and «Settlements» — without restarting the app. Mobile

A readable value chart, account-card tabs on the phone and reliable sync
Interface
- The «Value over time» chart in the issuer card became a real chart: a rouble scale, dates along the axis, a tooltip with the exact value on hover and the usual period picker. Desktop
- The «Value over time» chart in the issuer card became a real chart: a rouble scale, dates along the axis, a tooltip with the exact value on hover and the usual period picker. Web
- The account card on the phone gains the same tabs as on the computer: «Goal» with a compound-interest calculator for a savings account, «Payoff» with the interest-free period for a credit card, and «Analytics» for any account. Mobile
- Investments moved out of the hidden section and into the investment account card — the «Issuers» tab next to «Operations» and «Analytics». Mobile
Logic
- The parameters of a bond issue — the coupon type and size, the payment frequency, the face value and the maturity date — are set once in the issuer card; a purchase only asks for the accrued coupon income of the trade itself.
Fixes
- Edits made on one device reach the others again: sync no longer discards changes from a device it doesn't know yet.
- Moscow Exchange quotes: the closing price no longer lags a day behind.
- The tooltip with the bond yield formulas is no longer clipped by the edge of the card. Desktop

Investments with MOEX quotes, redesigned savings and credit accounts, and shared-book invitations
Interface
- A new «Investments» section: a brokerage account and an IIS, issuers and operations, with daily closing quotes from the Moscow Exchange.
- The issuer card shows the position value, the XIRR yield, a price chart and a revaluation against the latest quotes.
- The Moscow Exchange ticker is suggested as you type and pre-fills the issuer card for you.
- You can invite people to shared books via a link, a QR code, Telegram or MAX, or by email.
- Settings now list the official svod.ли communities on social networks.
- Amounts in every numeric field are grouped by thousands, so large numbers are easier to read.
- Accounts can be filtered by type, and a click on the active tab returns you from a section back to the list.
- Contextual «?» hints, a welcome banner on the «Overview» and a prominent invite for family help you get started. Desktop
- On the phone you can create a savings or credit account with all its parameters, and edit or delete a series of recurring operations with a chosen scope. Mobile
- The «Diary» now shows a total for the chosen filter, and «Help» moved from the sections menu into «Settings». Mobile
Logic
- Investments compute yields and IIS deductions, help plan a top-up, and account for coupons on bonds.
- The savings account gains a goal, a rate and a compound-interest calculator; the capitalization period ranges from «daily» to «at the end of the term».
- The credit account: an interest-free (grace) period, the cost of credit and a payoff calculator; cycle parameters are kept when you edit them.
- The «Taxes» screen shows a monthly self-employment-tax window and real payment deadlines in the calendar.
Fixes
- Member names and authorship in a shared book survive snapshot sync on every device.
- Fixed a tax-base overflow and a double count in analytics.

Issuer-card quotes, daily capitalization and a social-networks list — preview

Sole-proprietor insurance premiums: a report and a tax deduction, plus mobile analytics filters
Interface
- In the «Category trend» card, choosing a parent category now includes its subcategories — the chart and the operations list count the same way. Web
- In the «Category trend» card, choosing a parent category now includes its subcategories — the chart and the operations list count the same way. Desktop
- Mobile «Analytics» gains filters by category, counterparty and project: the chosen slice narrows the whole screen, and a parent category or counterparty includes its nested items. Mobile
- The «Sections» menu on the phone no longer stretches across the whole screen — it's height-bounded and scrollable, and the book's details moved into its settings. Mobile
Logic
- The business-book «Reports» hub now has a working «IP insurance premiums» report — the yearly fixed part plus 1% on income above ₽300,000, with payment deadlines. Available on both desktop and phone.
- On the «income» simplified system, the tax is now reduced by the sole-proprietor insurance premiums you've paid — the deduction shows up in the «Taxes» dashboard, the due-date calendar and the cash forecast.
Fixes
- A business book no longer shows future postings — neither in the calendar nor in the operations list: the forecast of repeats and settlements lives in «Settlements» (a personal book still shows the future).
1.0.10 July 16, 2026
A neater category picker in the trend, and a cleaner mobile Summary
Interface
- In analytics, choosing a category for the «Category trend» card now uses the standard category picker — with the category's colour and icon instead of a plain text list. Web
- In analytics, choosing a category for the «Category trend» card now uses the standard category picker — with the category's colour and icon instead of a plain text list. Desktop
- The extra central-bank rate note under the aggregate balance on the mobile Summary is gone — the screen is cleaner (the balance itself is still converted to the book's currency). Mobile
1.0.9 July 14, 2026
Projects and directions — a new analytics dimension
Interface
- A second analytics dimension — «Projects and directions»: tag operations with a project (a renovation, a trip, a line of business) and see income and expenses in that view, separately from categories.
- Personal-book analytics is reworked: a «Set aside» block, biggest expenses, recurring payments and a comparison against the same period-to-date of the previous span. Web
- Personal-book analytics is reworked: a «Set aside» block, biggest expenses, recurring payments and a comparison against the same period-to-date of the previous span. Desktop
- Analytics can now show the month-by-month trend of a single chosen category. Web
- Analytics can now show the month-by-month trend of a single chosen category. Desktop
- KPI delta badges now use the same colour semantics on the Summary and in Analytics: income growth is green, expense growth is red — no more confusion.
- The «Backups» screen now shows a clear data-protection summary instead of a technical restore timeline. Desktop
- Desktop Settings now let you choose the update channel — stable or beta. Desktop
- The business-book menu is grouped by task, and the sidebar scrolls when the window is short. Desktop
- Report cards now have an explicit call to action, and the «XLSX» and «for the year» buttons are scoped to the right report. Desktop
- The «Categories» and «Counterparties» directories now have a period switcher instead of two-row cells — the lists read more easily.
- Onboarding is clearer: «Step N of M», an explanation of the term «book» and a branded background on the loading screen.
- The Svodly Cloud connection screen now has a «Forgot password?» link.
- Sync conflicts are now visible: the app shows the divergence and lets you choose which version of a record to keep.
- The business-book passport on your phone now holds bank details and lets you pick the primary current account. Mobile
- A quick-entry widget arrives on your phone: a tap opens a pre-filled operation form with a book picker. Mobile
- Mobile import can now read exports from other apps — special migration parsers and XLSX files. Mobile
- The «Biggest expenses» and «Recurring payments» cards now appear in analytics on your phone. Mobile
Logic
- A budget can now be set not only per category and counterparty but also per project — a third kind of limit subject.
- Budgets show their status more honestly: an overspend is reflected in the «Left» KPI, and statuses account for the pace of the current month.
- The mobile tax module is updated for VAT on the simplified system from 2026 and shows a dynamic date for the next advance payment instead of a fixed one. Mobile
Fixes
- Fixed entering the passport of an already-filled business book and the «Open guide» link in mobile import. Mobile
- On Android, all-caps labels no longer clip diacritics, and small navigation and formatting rough edges found during a screen audit are cleaned up. Mobile
1.0.8 July 10, 2026
Database update issue fixed
Fixes
- Fixed an issue where updating the app could end with a «Failed to update the database» message and the app would not open. The database now updates correctly and all your data stays in place. Desktop
1.0.7 July 10, 2026
Invoices and acts, cash-flow forecast and multi-currency totals
Interface
- A new «Documents» tab lets you issue invoices and acts: fill in the line items and Svodly totals them with VAT, assigns a running number, and exports a ready PDF with your details and the buyer's. Desktop
- A new payment calendar for business books forecasts your account balance a week, month or quarter ahead from your planned operations, settlements and tax dates — and highlights the day of a cash gap before it happens. Desktop
- Business reports (KUDiR, P&L, cash-flow statement, counterparty report, reconciliation act, transaction register) can now be saved as PDF, alongside Excel and CSV export. Desktop
- The business book passport now holds full bank details (bank name, BIC, current and correspondent account) — they print in the payment block of invoices and acts. Desktop
- When you pick an account in forms, its current balance is now shown right there — no need to open «Accounts» to recall it. Desktop
- In personal books, a counterparty now has an «INN» (tax ID) field — previously it was only available in business books. Desktop
Logic
- If a book has accounts in different currencies, the summary figures («Balance», «Income», «Expenses», «Free» and the Accounts totals) are now correctly converted to the book's base currency at the official CBR rate; on web and desktop, hovering a figure shows a per-currency breakdown with the rate date. Requires a connected Svodly Cloud.
- The import wizard now offers «Bank statement»: Svodly reads the 1C exchange format (kl_to_1c) from virtually any Russian bank, recognises income and expenses, matches counterparties by tax ID and picks a category from history and the payment purpose; re-importing the same file creates no duplicates. Desktop
- The tax module is updated for VAT on the simplified system from 2026: the threshold is now ₽20M (was ₽60M), with 5 / 7 / 22% rates. In the business book passport you can mark yourself as a VAT payer and choose a rate — the «Taxes» dashboard estimates the quarterly VAT due.
- KUDiR for a VAT-paying simplified-tax book now shows net income (excluding VAT), with VAT in a separate reference column — the tax base is no longer overstated.
- In FNS receipts, long legal forms of a counterparty are abbreviated (e.g. «Limited Liability Company» → «OOO») — cards and lists read more easily.
Fixes
- Sync recovers on its own more reliably: an exchange between devices that got stuck on a single corrupted record now heals in one cycle and no longer holds up the rest of your changes.
- A book's legal passport and the status of its planned operations are no longer lost when devices exchange data.
- Long values in the transactions table columns are now neatly truncated and no longer stretch the layout. Desktop
1.0.6 July 5, 2026
Sync keeps your data safer
Interface
- In the Summary feed, the row highlight now responds to your touch and stays while you press and hold a row. Mobile
Fixes
- Sync now carries all of a book's data between devices: cashback rules, per-counterparty budgets, settlement links and cross-book transfers are no longer lost when devices exchange changes.
- If a record is deleted on one device and then edited on another, the edit brings it back on both devices, so your data no longer drifts apart.
- Your not-yet-synced edits no longer disappear from the device where you made them.
- Rolling back an import is now visible on every device — a batch no longer looks applied where it has already been rolled back.
1.0.5 July 2, 2026
Keeping your cloud data safe
Logic
- Cloud sync is more robust: we fixed rare cases where a book's cloud copy could be reset or sync could get stuck. Your book history is now protected from being overwritten, and data integrity is restored automatically when needed.
Fixes
- If your cloud session was revoked — for example, you signed out on another device — the app no longer freezes on an endless “Syncing…”; it calmly asks you to sign in again. Desktop
1.0.4 July 2, 2026
Reliable cloud sync
Fixes
- Cloud sync no longer gets stuck on an endless “Syncing…” when your session has expired — for example, after a long break or when the computer wakes from sleep. The app calmly asks you to sign in again, and the device list loads once more. Desktop

Steadier on Android, more accurate in the Summary
Interface
- The account card gets its bottom navigation bar back, and the «+» button there pre-fills that account into a new transaction. Mobile
- The receipt scanner's camera screen now shows only the «point at the QR code» hint — the extra manual-entry button is gone; manual entry is still available if the camera isn't accessible. Mobile
Fixes
- The hardware Back button and gesture on Android no longer minimize the app — they return to the previous screen, and only exit from the main screen. Mobile
- Attaching a photo from the gallery to a transaction on Android no longer fails with a «couldn't attach file» error. Mobile
- Picking an account for a new transaction or a transfer no longer lists archived accounts, so you can't select one by mistake. Mobile
- Scanning a receipt restores your sign-in if the session refreshed in the background, and correctly asks you to sign in again if access was revoked — instead of a generic «temporary error». Mobile
- «Devices» and «Family access» no longer show a false «session expired» right after you connect Svodly Cloud — the device list loads and invitations can be created again. Desktop
- The «Free» chip in the Summary shows overspending as a negative percent with a «−» sign instead of «0%», so the share of free funds is no longer misleading when spending exceeds income.

Sync is more resilient to cloud session expiry
Fixes
- Sync keeps working when your Svodly Cloud session expires or refreshes in the background: the app gets fresh access on its own and retries the request, so transactions no longer stay stuck half-synced and your other devices see everything you added.
- If your cloud sign-in needs to be confirmed again, the app calmly asks you to sign in once more — instead of silently retrying failed background syncs. Desktop
- The warning that some changes couldn't be applied now clears on its own once the issue is resolved — even if the book hasn't had new transactions in a while.

Sync recovers from failures on its own
Interface
- You can now add a receipt by sharing its photo: open a receipt photo or screenshot from your gallery or a messenger, tap Share → Svodly, and the app reads the QR code and fills in the transaction with the purchase details. Mobile
Fixes
- Book sync now recovers on its own after rare network failures — transactions that could get stuck and fail to upload to the cloud or reach your other devices are re-synced automatically on the next sync, with no reinstall or manual steps.
- Receipt scanning: the transaction time is no longer shifted by your time zone. Mobile
- Summary: scanning a receipt no longer leaves an empty transaction row. Mobile
