Taxes
In the business book, Svodly helps you keep an eye on taxes: the regime you choose determines what is calculated and which reports are available. This is supporting bookkeeping — not a replacement for an accountant and not the filing of returns with the FNS.
Tax regimes
The regime is set in the business profile. Supported regimes:
- NPT — professional income tax (the self-employed).
- USN 6% — the simplified “income” regime.
- USN 15% — the simplified “income minus expenses” regime.
- Patent and OSN — supported as a regime in the profile.
Changing the regime changes the set of available reports: for example, the KUDiR·USN-6 is shown only on “income”, and the deals register only on NPT. Details are in “Reports”.
Tax dashboard
For USN 6%, the Taxes tab has a dashboard:
- Amount due for the selected period.
- Breakdown — what it is made up of (taxable income, payments already accounted for).
- Deadline calendar — when to pay the advance/tax so you don’t miss it.
The calculation is based on the income transactions in the business book for the period. Always check the exact amounts with your accounting — Svodly gives a guideline, not an official calculation.
What is not included in the tax base
“Virtual” accounts are excluded from the tax base — use them for technical/internal movements so they don’t distort the tax and the KUDiR. Transfers between your own accounts are not counted as income either.
Where to go next
- Reports — KUDiR, the NPT deals register and export to XLSX/CSV.
- Business book — profile, regime, counterparties.
- Transactions — the income and expenses the calculation is built on.
