Taxes

In the business book, Svodly helps you keep an eye on taxes: the regime you choose determines what is calculated and which reports are available. This is supporting bookkeeping — not a replacement for an accountant and not the filing of returns with the FNS.

Tax regimes

The regime is set in the business profile. Supported regimes:

Changing the regime changes the set of available reports: for example, the KUDiR·USN-6 is shown only on “income”, and the deals register only on NPT. Details are in “Reports”.

Tax dashboard

The Taxes tab calculates the tax for the regime picked in the profile:

On a computer (web and desktop) there is a deadline calendar under the dashboard — quarterly USN advances or monthly NPT payments, so you don’t miss a date; on the phone, a nearest-deadline badge is shown instead of the calendar. There, once income reaches 18 mln ₽, a warning appears about approaching the VAT threshold on USN (20 mln ₽, from 01.01.2026). Enable VAT and pick a rate (5 / 7 / 22%) in the book passport and Svodly computes the VAT due per quarter, while in the KUDiR income is shown net of VAT — the USN tax base isn't inflated; the VAT itself goes into a reference “VAT (incl.)” column.

The calculation is based on the income and expense transactions in the business book for the period. Always check the exact amounts with your accounting — Svodly gives a guideline, not an official calculation.

These same tax deadlines, with an estimated amount, flow into the “Payment calendar” alongside planned payments — so you can spot a cash gap in advance.

Patent and OSN

There is no calculation for Patent yet: the patent cost isn’t set in the app — the tab suggests calculating it in the FNS calculator. OSN (profit tax + VAT) isn’t supported yet — the tab says so with a banner. On the phone both regimes show the same placeholders.

How the taxes themselves are calculated

The formulas, deadlines and up-to-date amounts live in the tax handbook: short guides without accounting jargon, with worked examples and notes on what Svodly does for you.

What is not included in the tax base

“Virtual” accounts are excluded from the tax base — use them for technical/internal movements so they don’t distort the tax and the KUDiR. Transfers between your own accounts are not counted as income either.
