Reports
The Reports hub in the business book brings together management and accounting reports with export to XLSX and CSV. The set depends on the tax regime in the profile.

What reports are available
| Report | When shown | Platforms |
|---|---|---|
| KUDiR · USN 6% | “USN income” regime | desktop, web |
| KUDiR · USN 15% | “USN income minus expenses” regime | desktop, web |
| Deals register · NPT | “NPT” regime | all |
| P&L · profit and loss | always | all |
| Cash flow statement | always | all |
| Counterparty report | always | all |
| Reconciliation act | requires choosing a counterparty | desktop, web |
| Transactions register (extended) | always | desktop, web |
| Sole proprietor insurance contributions | “USN income” and “USN income minus expenses” regimes | all |
On mobile, the “long” accounting documents (KUDiR, reconciliation act, extended register) are deliberately not shown — they are easier to view and export on desktop or on the web. P&L, the cash flow statement, the counterparty report, the NPT deals register and sole proprietor insurance contributions are available on the phone too.
If VAT is enabled in the book profile, income in the KUDiR is shown net of VAT at the book's rate, and the VAT itself goes into a separate reference “VAT (incl.)” column — so the USN tax base isn't inflated. For a non-payer the KUDiR income stays gross.
How to export
- Open Reports in the business book.
- Choose a report and a period.
- Tap export — XLSX (for Excel/Sheets), CSV, or PDF (print-ready).
PDF is available on desktop and web: export builds a print-ready document with the book's legal details, period and totals (the reconciliation act includes a signature block). On mobile it's XLSX/CSV for now — open the export in Excel or Google Sheets to print.
Where to go next
- Taxes — the regime that determines the set of reports.
- Business book — the profile and counterparties the reports are built on.
- Import & export — exporting the whole book to JSON/CSV/XLSX.
