Migrating from 1Money
1Money stores transactions with categories and subcategories, and all of it can be moved into Svodly. Export the data to Excel or CSV and import it — accounts, categories and history will come across automatically.

Step 1. Export from 1Money
- Open the 1Money app.
- Go to Settings → Export.
- Choose to export transactions to Excel or CSV and save the file.
- Transfer the file to a computer with the desktop or web version of Svodly.
Step 2. Import into Svodly
- Open Import in the sidebar.
- Drag the file into the window.
- Check the column mapping: date, amount, type (income/expense), category, account.
- Choose the destination account and review the preview.
- Confirm the import.

Mapping specifics
Check the sign of the transactions. 1Money marks the type (Income / Expense / Transfer) and lays the amounts out across income/expense columns. On the preview step, make sure expenses show with a minus sign and income with a plus.
1Money’s subcategories are moved as nested Svodly subcategories: a parent category and a subcategory within it.
What won’t come across
- Category icons and styling. Svodly assigns its own.
- Attached photos and image notes. They stay in 1Money.
Undo, if something went wrong
An import is saved as a separate batch. If you’re not happy with the result — open the import log and tap “Undo”: this batch’s transactions are deleted and the balances return to their previous state.
